this SATURDAY (21 March), we want to share some vegan recipes to make some stuff from soy (since a few of our friends had turned vegan these days.. we must know how to cook vegany stuff right.. besides, making soy bean milk makes a lot of okara!!)
a few things we can do on that day..
1) okara burger patties
2) okara cookies
3) okara falafel
we might try a few other things like vegan curry.
TIME: 10 a.m
just bring yourself and an empty stomach. there will be plenty of food to go around once we are done with the okara!
